What your session cost — and where the money leaked
Drop in a Claude Code session file. The analysis runs right in this tab: the file isn't uploaded anywhere, and you don't need an account.
Drop a .jsonl file here
Drop several files or the whole projects folder — we'll show what repeats from session to session.
Choosing a folder? Your browser will ask whether to "upload" the files to this site — that's its standard wording. The files still stay in this tab.
Where do I find this file?
Claude Code writes every session to its own .jsonl file:
Windows: %USERPROFILE%\.claude\projects\
macOS and Linux: ~/.claude/projects/
Inside there's a folder per project with files named like a1b2c3d4-….jsonl. Take the latest one, several, or the whole projects folder.
Can't see the folder in the file dialog? It's hidden. On a Mac, press Cmd+Shift+G and paste ~/.claude/projects (or press Cmd+Shift+. to show hidden folders). On Windows, paste %USERPROFILE%\.claude\projects into the dialog's address bar.
This is an early draft
All your sessions at once — in the terminal, Node.js required: npx github:SergHomka/why-so-expensive-landing
Next up: a Claude Code skill, an MCP server, and support for Codex, OpenRouter, and Cursor. If this resonates, tell me what you'd like to see in the report.
